Timeline depends on complexity, but a standard full-cycle engagement runs: 2–4 weeks concept and art direction; 2–3 weeks playable HTML prototype; 10–14 weeks full development, math integration, and QA; 4–8 weeks GLI/AGCO certification and platform integration. Total: roughly 18–26 weeks from signed contract to live game. Our 60-day prototype guarantee means you have a hands-on build to review before the bulk of the budget is committed.
We offer full certification support as a standard deliverable in every engagement — source code, math documentation, RNG architecture docs, and responsible gambling feature documentation. We have achieved first-pass GLI certification on 23 consecutive submissions. Certification lab fees are passed through at cost; our management fee covers the preparation and coordination. AGCO Registered Gaming Supplier registration support is also included.
We have completed integrations with all major aggregator platforms including GAN, Everymatrix, SoftSwiss, Slotegrator, and BetConstruct, plus direct integrations with several Ontario-licensed operators. Our games are built to the standard RGS API spec, making integration with any compliant platform straightforward. We provide full integration documentation, a staging environment, and technical support through go-live.
Upon final payment, full IP rights for all custom-created assets — art, animations, sound, custom code, and the math model — transfer to you via a full irrevocable IP assignment. You own the game outright. Third-party licensed components (e.g. Megaways™ engine) remain under their respective license terms. Our proprietary RNG engine is licensed per-title with no ongoing royalties. All terms are stated clearly in the service agreement before any work begins.
